Learning Creative Skills provides Support Coordination to help participants understand their NDIS Plan and get the support they need to achieve their NDIS goals.

This includes helping you understand the management of your NDIS plan. Participants are at the heart of every decision. Our tools support participants and the people close to them to make decisions on their NDIS goals and how their plan is used to achieve this. This includes taking every opportunity to help them understand the management of the NDIS plan. We work with a participant to connect with supports and services and exercise choice and control, connect with supports and services and exercise choice and control, use your plan to meet their individual needs, set up supports and services, including helping participants understand service agreements and service bookings, and prepare for your plan review.
